It is relatively rare for Apple iPhone or iPad devices to lose data. However, there are some exceptions. Most problems with Apple devices are a result of user error. Rarely do problems arise in connection with software updates. However, physical damage often leads to data loss from iPhone or iPad. Thanks to Apple's cloud backup, the data can usually be restored directly from the backup. However, if the cloud is overcrowded or disabled, this recovery option is no longer available. Our engineers are specialized in iPhone data recovery. Should the motherboard fail, a successful recovery is highly likely. Due to the encryption on iPhone or iPad, however, this becomes much more difficult for deleted data and takes place in two steps. Step 1 is an advanced data analysis within which the memory is examined for logical fragments of the data. This check of the file system structures required for data rescue can ensure that the existing data is also not damaged by failed or overwritten blocks. In the second stage of data recovery, we create a replacement system from the remaining fragments of the file system, with the help of which the original data is extracted from the raw data. The data obtained in this way is then converted into a format that you can use.
Data recovery process
Be vigilant and do not attempt to salvage the data on the device yourself. This can make recovery impossible.
Data recovery from storage media from all manufacturers
All orders are processed exclusively in our Berlin laboratory. The data recovery from mechanically defective hard drives takes place within a dust-free environment of our clean room workbench of clean room class 100.
